Link: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=95263&page=1#10 Author: Furrychild Time Posted: 12/19/2020 at 7:10 PM you consult the guide and you find out that it is a Forest Nymph they are harmless vegetarians that live as long as the forest they are born in unless someone seeks them out and kills them, they can not survive more than 3 days outside of there forest and when they feel threatened the forest protects them by giving them time to flee. sometimes in extreme cases Forest Nymphs have been known to kill other creatures but that is only if they are cornered, like the saying goes 'a cornered Nymph is an open grave'. they enjoy sitting in sunlit spaces and are often seen as a tree or a moss covered rock, some nymphs have a more human like appearance were as others are more plant. If you come across a Forest Nymph you are safe unless you seek to harm it then you are in big trouble. they are able to detect poison so that may be why you have found one. the is a lot more written on the creature in here but the thing about poison made you think about the 'wine' and 'anzac biscuits' in your bag. (put down the gun) (try to explain that you mean no harm) (attempt to start a conversation) (sit down and wait for the Nymph to get the idea that you are friend not foe)

I read the guide and put my gun down to show that I mean no harm to them.

as soon as the gun is out of your hands the brambles and briars vanish and you see a human like figure peering out from behind a tree. but there hair is like the leaves on the trees and there skin is like the forest floor, they could lay down and you wouldn't even know they were there!

You assume that is the Nymph and smile. The Nymph gestures to the ground around your feet and you see that flowers have started blossoming beneath your feet and a rose grows out of nowhere and it looks gorgeous and it grows straight up in front of you the Nymph smiled back at you expecting you to pic the rose.

smelling the rose you have to look away from the Nymph. when you look back up the Nymph is closer to you he smiles and holds out his hands.

"greetings Madam i am Haruka a Forest Nymph it's a pleasure to meet your acquaintance and quite a surprise too since everyone else i know is dead, there are no animals in my forest anymore"

"Lovafor. . . that's a strange name but it suits you! i was under the impression that you were apart of the war efforts trying to destroy everything not human. Also did you know that there are only you me and 4 other creatures alive in the world?" Haruka tilted his leafy head to the side and you notice that his eyes are the same green as the polished emerald you had picked up from that house.


(mention the colour of his eyes and show him the gem)
( "your name is a girls name" )

I looked at his eyes and said, "Your eyes look like the color of an polished emerald that I found at the house that I woke up in," I showed him the gem I was talking about.

He blinked and look at the gem in your hand. "that's the colour of my eyes? and you say that is an emerald." he goes over to a yellow flower and pics it. "could you tell me, is this the same colour as the gem you are holding?"

he seemed to be genuinely curious as if he himself couldn't really tell the difference between the colours. but now you can see something hovering just outside your field of vision, you try to look at it and it vanishes, probably lack of sleep or food or water of both.

I shook my head. I softly said, "No this flower is yellow and the gem is green,"

"yellow. . ." points at flower "green" points at the gem in your hand then he pulls a leif off his head and drops the flower, it withers and dies. "this is green too?" he seems happy but he still doesn't get that one thing is the same colour as another and he seem to be trying to rap his head around it.
