He laughed a bit as Austyn said Talkative was his new name, "I can't mimic voices, I just copy pitches. Easy to copy you Talkative, your talking up a storm so it's easy to learn what pitch you talk at," He answered the questions with a shrug, "I wouldn't want to understand plants, they'd probably annoy me to death."

Will was a little surprised when Azrail looked away, was he intimidated by him? He let out a small sigh, of course he was, he was the king's son. Saying the wrong thing could lead to... not favorable things happening. Then Azrail signed hi and he was a little surprised someone else knew sign language. 'Hi. You are? Do you not know who I am?' He signed back, tilting his head a bit in confusion.

(*takes upon myself the name and continues seriously* I shall make the name an honorable one. *contains excitment no longer and grins, giving you a big big big hug because I miss hugs.*)

"But I don't annoy you to death? Huh, that's a new feat." Austyn says happily.
"No, you annoy me, so if you would be so kind as to shut up." Riley says.
Austyn laughs and looks at Riley, "Eh, I can't really be shut up. Trust me, many people have tried." Riley grins.
"Oh, you haven't met me yet. I can't wait to permanently silence you." He says, his golden eyes flashing dangerously. Austyn looks confused, opening and closing his mouth until stopping, trying to find a response to that.
"Are you threatening me?" Austyn asks.
"What did it sound like?" Riley replies, wishing Austyn had just kept silent for a minute more.

'I'm Azrail. If you are someone important, I'm sorry I didn't recognize you.' Azrail pauses, trying to word what he wanted to say correctly. His short burst of confidence was failing him.

(*Hugs back then bursts out crying from loneliness* Thank you, I just... I just so lonely TwT... so so dreadfully lonely *wipes away tears and tries to smile because I am happy*)

Zio smiled, "If it was a threat I accept the challenge," She said with a smile, eyes seeming to show an unreadable emotion, "Trust me, the world is better without threats. That's why I hope to one day fix the world of it's problems."

'Well no one important, just the king's son. I'm Will by the way' He signed back, shrugging off the fact he was basically a prince to the thrown, as it was well known that the king had only one child, him. 'Nice to meet you' He signed after a moment, turning to give Riley a perplexed look, then turning back to Azrail.

(I kinda imagine that the kingdoms are ruled by a king and queen ^w^... but I guess Will's mother is dead so TwT... like a dictatorship)

Azrail looks at Will, ' "Just the king's son"? That sounds mighty important. Nice to meet you too, Will.' He finishes his thought before fiddling with his bracelets. He's always willing to help someone, and he'll believe anything you say, but he's a shy bean.

"That'll be hard. Fixing the world's problems will be a big task. Sure you're up for it?" Austyn asks before immediately asking if he could join her in her quest.

(Ok, sounds good. I mean I have family and work, but I don't do much with my family and work is work... so I feel truly lonely TwT, hopefully you are faring better)

'Not really, just everyone trying to be your friend... or try to kidnap or kill you. Rather be normal kid' He signed back with a sigh, putting his head on the desk. He was obviously not trusting of people, though he seemed kinda okay with Azrail, so that was a start.

"Yes. I shall do whatever it takes," She said as she accepted him in her big epic quest, "I will fix the problems and make the world a better place!"

'I won't try to be your friend if that helps. And I don't kill people, I try to help heal them. I have no history of kidnapping.' Azrail signs before sitting quietly again.

"Ai'ight! Let's go! First off, we have to figure out the problems. Then find what's causing them. Next, we devise a plan to get rid of them. Finally, we go through with the plan and get rid of the problems!" Austyn cheers.

Will wasn't sure if he was joking or not. He waited for him to laugh, but when he didn't he realized he was serious. 'It's alright really, I can't stop you from being my friend if that's what you wanted. How do you heal people? Are you a doctor or therapist' he signed curiously.

"Ok, so first let's do the first step," He pulled a map out of his pocket of the two kingdoms, placing it on the desk, "Ok, first the problems. There is no health care in the poorer parts of Ritkle. Most are homeless. I devise putting up affordable homes. To help them, if they want it, I'll help them with job opportunities. So they don't live on the street I'll put up a place where they can all stay while they sort their life out and give them support with their problems/addictions. This is just one problem of many."

Austyn nods enthusiastically. "That sounds great!"
Riley comes forward but stays silent, ready to play devil's advocate when he was able to. If that was the only part of the plan, he had a few things to say.

'You can stop me. You just have to tell me you don't want to be my friend. Many people have already told me to leave them alone. Since they said they're happier without me it doesn't matter that much to me.' Azrail signs, feeling his calm exterior waver. It didn't matter who was repeating it or how many times it was said, it still hurt when it was noted that people didn't want him as a friend. He waits a few moments before continuing, 'I'm a doctor of a sort, I guess. I can heal exterior wounds a lot easier and faster than I can fix emotional wounds.' He didn't mention that he had magic.

(Clover Stream... Clover Stream... ah, I like saying it UwU)

"For health care we should... ok, so health care is expensive and no one but the rich can afford it. I suggest we make healthcare free or at least cheaper. For now, since the King has so much money he just sits on, we could use the money to build a hospital for the people that can't afford it," She continued taking a deep breathe as she took a moment to think.
"What about food," A voice said as a person literally appeared out of the shadows.
They where wearing all black, with a simple black mask on their face, a hood hiding their hair color.
"Well we could hire the homeless people so we would have more farmers and use no mans land to grow crops. We could sign a treaty with Hariso and they could share the land with us, splitting the food half and half. That would give us an advantage because the food will grow faster thanks to their magic," She said with a pause finally realizing someone knew was here, "Wait... how did you get here?"

'That seems very mean. If someone told me that I would slap them. If people treat you like that tell me and I will send a' He paused his signing, realizing it probably wasn't normal to send assassins after people, 'soldier after them to give them a stern talk'. He hoped Azrail would be okay with that, the other thing he was about to sign would probable make him scared of him. 'Very cool. You must be a talented doctor then. You must be pursuing it then as a career? I would if I was good, but sadly my job is to be a king. Not sure if it's really my thing but' he shrugged, 'It ks what it is'.

(Yes, I'm a total smart child xD, it's a flawless plan)

"I don't know how they got here, I don't pay attention to those details. Hi! I'm Austyn but you can call me Talkative since that's my nickname."
"I'd be calling you that no matter if it was your nickname or not." Riley mutters. So far he had found a few flaws. One, the king might want to continue sitting on his money - as a dragon, Riley understood the importance of having a hoard. Two, for the housing, what if people just wanted to live there and not have to pay any more than that, that would get them to continue being lazy and maybe more people with less needs will live there so they don't have to pay as much. Three, the two kingdoms were butting heads - it would be hard for the Ritkle kingdom to trust the Hariso kingdom's magic. He didn't voice his concerns yet, but he was making a mental list.

'Oh, don't do that. It's fine. It's all in the past. Many people forget about me quickly enough. I'm too quiet to be memorable.' Azrail signs, trying to brush all his friend problems off. It was in the past, the people who've done it have probably already forgotten about it, and holding onto negative feelings would drain his energy. 'I'm trying to. Though my ways are a little different than many people here, I don't think it would be accepted here. I think being a king would be a cool job. But stressful. I don't think I would trust myself to have all those lives and people depending on me. One mistake could be devastating to so many...'
