Personality: Astral is kind-hearted, loyal, and a bit quiet. He likes to keep to himself mostly and read. Reading is one of Astral's favorite things to do, he doesn't many friends. And while he may seem quiet to most, if you become his friend he can become very talkative.
Power(s): He can shapeshift into a large hybrid dragon (Water & Forest) He can breathe Fire and hot Water, but not at the same time. He can also shift his scales to match his surroundings, but as a dragon he likes to keep his scales a pastel orange.

How about...They both live in a small town in which they are the only ones with powers in the two. Their families have moved to the small town cause they didn't want anyone to find about their kids powers.
So, each beleive they are the only ones with power. One day while Elsie was out in the forest where she saw Astral's dragon form?

Astral was flying through the forest. He was flying low so he wasn't spotted by people, though at least he was good a flying around trees.
