Okay, I can work with that.
Sorry about the delay, been busy this morning:
Rohan had spent the morning at his apartment before making the decision to trek out for coffee at the local cafe. He had woken up particularly early this morning, Alex was still dead asleep after spending his night working on blog articles, Rohan figured he had a few hours to kill before he was expecting to be called in for the afternoon photoshoot.
He threw on his jacket and headed outside into the never-sleeping, bustling city.

(No problem with delay. I will be on and off sometimes as well.)
People pass by you on the sidewalks. The sunrise can hardly been seen through the buildings, but a pink glow shines over the city.

Rohan exchanged tired, passing glances with the people he passed as he continued on his walk. The dawn had gotten his attention, but strangely he hadn't seen the sun rise just yet. He checked the time on his phone before shrugging and making his way to the streetside cafe.

I'm in a library, where shelves lined with books reach nearly to the somewhat low ceiling. The mahogany wood of the desks and bookcases and dim lights on the walls give the interior a serene, almost mysterious air that seems to muffle the crash of the pouring rain outside. It's slightly more crowded than usual, what with the weather outside and it being a Saturday morning, a few extra students have gathered here to talk in hushed whispers away from the downpour.

The cafe tables are occupied by a few people drinking their morning coffee and eating breakfasts. A tired-looking waiter sits by a stand, and glances up when you walk forward.

"Busy morning, huh?" Rohan asked the waiter as he approached the counter stand. "Just.. the usual black coffee and an egg sandwich for me. And an iced mocha to go for Alex." He went for his wallet from his jacket, stopping when he noticed the waiter's tired expression.
"You look like you haven't slept in days. You alright?"
