Err, sorting by a pets color sounds like a terrible idea... >.<

As a potential breeder, I'd like to have something for my stable that the advanced search has. Being able to easily see the genetics of the pet without having to click the pet and look would make it incredibly easy to pair up males and females for trait breeding (and I'm sure having an option for stats, too) without having to have a bajillion tabs open.

Just a little "Genetics" flip that would make each stable slot read out the genetics instead of the picture/name.

It's not an auto-method, but it's sorting... so I thought I'd add it in.

If I was to have a sorting method for a stable, it would have to be per-tab. No collapsing for me!

And I agree with the color sorting sounding like a bad idea. Most Sylestis have more than one color visible. So how would the color sorting work then?

I'm not sure if I did a good job of explaining that idea. I don't know if it'd be possible anyway and so long as pets were organized other ways then one can come in and do a little bit additional tidying manually. I use organization by color 1 when pets are the same in pretty much any other way visually. It just helps me narrow down on the pet I'm looking for. This really helps me since I have a lot of pets and some of them are really old 4 and 5-digit pets that I just don't have the heart to toss. (This may just be a me problem then thinking about it.)

Anyway, this is how I organize my stables (when they're not a complete mess like they are currently).

Species, gender, #visible traits, # visible mutations, # visible genes, color

I have to admit my color sorting is probably a bit odd. I'll either throw pinks in over by the reds or at the end of lavender just sorta depending. I also have the neutral colors separated as well. So yeah I do things a bit odd myself.

And I actually started this reply a few hours ago and because I started fiddling with organizing I've been organizing since. ><

I wanted to add the idea of making it where a certain pet can be made to stay in a certain spot no matter what other pets there are to organize. Like for example, I like leaving my starter in slot 1 of stable 1. He's always been there and I don't ever intend for him to be anywhere else. This might also help with the problem of mission and arena pets that you might want kept together.
