Can I get a whole bodied dragon with flames from jaws and a poisonous barbed tail with a scar across one eye with a creepy look? That's fine lined?

All good! The only problem is that I don't have any oil paint. ;-; I'm planning on getting a set after Lock down is over but not right now. Do you want a list of what I can use?
