Why you chose this OC (optional): I liked how fancy her jacket was. I also liked the idea of fire powers, it gave me lots of options.
Why you chose this design (optional): I wanted to have a fire trait, as well as a trait that allowed me to make the Sylesti have a head in the skin-tone of the character to have the body look more like the jacket. I tried to make the armor look like the cravat and waistcoat, and the closest I could get was the ice armor on the aurleon. Finally, I wanted to replicate the flowy nature of the hair, so I added a hawk crest so it seemed long and windswept like the character.

Why you chose this OC (optional): TBH I just like dragons! :)
Why you chose this design (optional): I wanted to get as much of the original design as possible with Sylestis. I remembered that Draeyl had more traits similar to the design than Ny'vene, so thats why I went with Draeyl. I tried to get the yellow throat and light green spots as much as possible, while maintaining the dark color scheme. Unfortunately there isn't a shark tail trait, but that's something to think about for the Summer festival!

Why you chose this OC (optional): He is very pretty, and I like how simplistic the picture is. It gives a lot more room for designing!
Why you chose this design (optional): I remembered that the Ferrikki had a mutantion that covered the eyes but still allowed you to see them, so I went with that in order to imply his blindness better. I used the smokey runes to add highlights to his "hair" and because I liked the juxtaposition of smoke (which doesn't last long) verses Jet (who is immortal). I chose the galaxy trait because it implies power/ immortality, as most things involving stars do. Finally, I picked the teardrop trait just to further push the symbolism going on with the eyes.

Why you chose this OC (optional): The drawing was overall appealing to me
Why you chose this design (optional): It was as close as I felt I could get. I thought about Riyori, but that was just not cutting it in my opinion.

Why you chose this design (optional): Quiartis were a pretty obvious choice, and the colors all just fell into place on their own

Why you chose this design (optional): Lups are the closest thing to dog/wolfs if you ask me, which works not only because he is a wolf hybrid, but in general I see dogs as sweet and energetic, similarly as he is described.
