Hatchery Settings --> Auto Release Unnamed Adults (check it, and make sure to name the ones you'd like to keep.)

i dont think i would support this one. If it was a checkbox it would be way too easy to accidently release pets you didnt want to release. The whole thing with releasing and having to put their name is, less likely to accidently release a pet. The auto release unnamed thing is probably the closest thing you will get to this and that is rough too xD
