I just learned how to make Pasties. I've read about them in Redwall so often I finally looked up the recipie.

Not bad, though I should have added just a pinch more salt. Recipie said to cut slits in top to let steam escape. I tried several with cuts and just stabbed some with a fork. The fork works better. It kept my gravy mix in better.
