He blew his hair out of his face and continued up the stairs, completely wordlessly. Once they finally reached the top, he continued into the castle. By the time they arrived in a large room with a spiraling stair cases on either side, he released her arm and bowed once more.
"Your highness, now that we are within the comfort and privacy of my humble abode, I'd be honored to introduce myself. I am Temrorin Asris Gither, High prince of Aristalia, and you honored future husband."

She returned a proper curtsey. She was unsure whether or not she should address herself as a princess. But the royal family had adopted her in place of the princess, so it wasn't wrong to do so. Not to mention she was an illegitimate princess.

" ...Xolia Grissell, second princess of Lithuria. I am honored to be in your presence this fine morning. " She replied in her cold voice.

"The pleasure is all mine," He insisted as he bowed low, taking her hand and kissing the top ever so slightly.
"Well your majesty, if it pleases you, I'll have servants escort you to your newly furnished chambers. They will return later on to fetch you again in order to retrieve you for dinner. The king and Queen request a meal with you in honor of your arrival."
He snapped his fingers and two women came quickly.
"These two lovely women will be your personal maids. They will attend you tirelessly in any way you so chose. If you'll excuse me fair maiden, I must myself retire to my chamber. These two will guide you."
With that, he left. Nearly the entire time he spoke he seemed reluctant and emotionless.

She turned her back the minute he turned his and began following the maids to her new chambers that she would be living in from now on.

With that simple conversation, she could tell exactly what type of marriage it would become. Void of emotion, and simply like the 2 had been strangers. It was...perfect. At least, in her opinion. She didn't have to worry about the annoyance of trying to please her husband, seeing that he didn't even want her around. Not to mention bearing an heir. He would probably be even more reluctant with that and take in a concubine to do it for him. Which she would have no problem with.

This was the room she was escorted into. The Aristalians take pride in displaying the natural beauty of their land through their homes.
The two maids left to stand by the door until summoned. Her baggage was already inside and unpacked.

She walked around the room, examining it closely. It was very...green. Not that she didn't like the room. It was beautiful, at least, in her opinion. and very generous of the Aristalians.

The maids leaned closer to each other, whispering, before one of them got onto her knees and began . to speak.
"My princess, the king and queen will be in hall awaiting you soon. If it pleases the princess, may we assist in the preparations?"
One of them swiftly ran to the closet and returned with a dress looking like this.


It had a tag on it signed byt he queen. The note said-

She nodded, reading the note attached to the dress. " You may. "

The maids went about their task, assisting the her in dressing for the meal. before they were finished, a knock sounded at the door.
"News from the king and Queen." A voice noted.
The younger maid ran to the door, cracking it open and stepping outside. A small conversation could be heard.
The maid came back in before long.
"Pardon my abrupt leave, but the prince has informed me that the meal has been moved to the gardens. Does the princess have any objections?"

" No, thats fine. " She replied softly.
