I think I'm going to use X here as our little captive gang member but I'll probably tweak him again to be human so fff I have to basically redo his bio anyways.
Also trying to brainstorm another character ATM, but I don't know what I want to do for her yet. Knowing your characters would definitely help me out.

My characters are the epitome of cringe, haha I'm warning you.
Uh I think you already sorta met some of them in the three page long one with Orca, but here we go
Oh, and their ages are pretty versatile, but usually 17-21 is where I go from
Phoenicia Xiang (Phoenix) - Superhuman agility and reflexes. Kind of serious but sarcastic. I use her too much.
Soren Arcadia - He can mess with the tangibility of things, not to the point of speed where he can let bullets go through him, but he can walk through walls or possibly fall into the floor. Also, things he messes with keep their properties. Like, you can still drown in water that feels like air. And don't stay in walls too long, because you'll suffocate. He's a troublemaker but a good person and a quick thinker.
Leah Silva - That one person who is an angel in front of teachers and then stabs you with a pencil. But more deadly than a pencil, because she's an assassin. And can also command people to do what she wants. I mean, the less inclined you are to do something, the harder it is for her to make you do it. She can't just scream "DIE!" in a crowded room and make everyone fall over dead.
Dashiell Griffin (Dash) - Either can smack people across the room - from across the room, or can dump people into the void. He's pretty nerdy, not really an action guy, and has a cat obsession.
Reina Ainslie (Rei) - Can set things on fire. Is not immune to fire. Whoops. Really sweet and innocent. In her original storyline, she's like 10 or something but she could be older.
Those are my favorite, but I can make a completely new person if you want :P

I'll leave it up to you. Right now I'm working on a human, not sure if she'll be a cop or detective yet but strongly leaning on it.
X is usually older but I'll drop his age to 24 here.
Used him briefly with you before but personality wise he's cocky, talkative, and annoying as heck usually. He's just going to have his electric powers here.

Akio - A slightly less obnoxious Soren without the blond hair. Good at engineering.

I figured I'd probably take most of the gang as npcs minus whatever characters you want to stick there.
I'm super good at writing NPCs usually, so shouldn't be too hard to do once I figure out their leader. I'll probably have to info dump it all somewhere though.
