Iv been here about fiveish years. (Though I was off for two because I was sick) Thank you about those NyVenes, they are my pride and joy! I love them greatly.

Most pets fall into one of these categories

Battle pets: Trained to fight on your team, often as high levled as you are. To start with any pet you find will be a good battle pet, you may want to invest in higher stat pets as you start getting more gold.

Maxed Stat: Battle pets that have been carefully breed to have high static numbers, they used to only have 100 mana but a recent change has upped the cap to 200 mana. Breeders are rushing to forward their lines and make stronger pets. They are vary expensive.

Super Stat: Maxed stat pets that are breed to tamed Lost Grove pets that have boosted stats. (100+_boosted stat_) vary expensive.

Misson pets: Pets that are trained in one skill, like Agility or Health. They are sent on missions found in the town. Missions that require smart pets should have an Intelligent pet sent to them, the higher the pets intelligence and level the higher its success rate is. To being any pet will do ok at this job. It is the best way to find gold.

Themed pets: special seasonal pets that have a set color palette: price can range from 100 gold up to 3 or even 5 million for an ultra rare pet. People collect them and breed them for fun or they turn them into projects (like 6 viable traits and maxed stats)

General breeding: You can breed most adult pets that are not related and are of the same species. Only the exceptionally beautiful pets will get purchased though. You should only breed pets that have good genetics and colors. Drab pets with no Gene's often get released into the wild.
