Great idea. I just use the diamond currency exchange. I put, say, 250,000g in there but then I say I want 999,999,999 diamonds for it. Its a bank, but if someone actually buys it then you have 999,999,999 diamonds!

One of the issues with using the currency exchange as a bank, is that you have no way to draw out specific amounts of money. You can't draw out 50K, and leave it at that, you have to remove the entire exchange, then put the remaining money back onto the exchange.
Same thing for depositing money. You can't just add another 100k to that 250K exchange, you have to either put up a second exchange, or remove the exchange and put up a new exchange for the new amount.
while it IS possible, it just isn't intuitive to me, nor particularly user friendly.
