you can also get more with diamonds or coins. I tend to prefer to save my gold for converting lesser into greater and filling the cauldrons.

I've used the diamonds I won to buy the supplies I needed, so I edited the OP to make it clear I'm trading for agents or gold now.

there isn't a lot of time left to grab these catas and be able to finish brewing them before the festival completely ends, and I need some brewing agents to finish brewing what I have in cauldrons right now, so anyone with excess agents (or a little gold so I can buy some off the broker) who still needs catas to complete the festival task (or just wants one that I'm trading) please reply with the cata you want and what you're trading for it. Thank you

The following information is an assumption I have made about brewing times. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
Each brew has 288 points it needs to get to complete. It gets 1-4 points per hour depending upon quality. That means it takes 3-12 days to brew from start to finish, depending on how many agents you use on it through the brewing process. If you manage to keep its quality Perfect the entire time it should only take 3 days, but if it stays at Normal quality the entire time it will take as much as 12 days. It would be rather difficult to achieve either extreme.
With this in mind, I believe the average amount of time a brew should be expected to take to complete is somewhere around one week. The festival fully closes on the 15th, which is ten days from now. Keep this in mind when deciding whether you have enough time to brew any new catas.
