I hope I'm not bothering anybody but how do I send coins directly to a person? Like example they did a service and now I should pay them for it?

have them send you something useless like a fairy mushroom with the CoD price for the amount you want to give them.
There's literally no other way to gift gold to a player,
(you can send chocolate coins directly though, but I am pretty sure you mean gold?)
