Uhhh, probably only like 1, haha. Considering each maj tool averages out to between 30-50 diamonds and each diamond is around 2k.

Going for a 1:1 rate trade, yes. However, tools are not my top top priority for trading perfumes. I'd rather take straight gold for that. I'll consider though! (I'm close to getting my fest reward for using 250 rods/shovels so my personal value of tools is probably going down)
Trait disruptors are going for ~450k which makes 225 diamonds, and in turn, which is around 6 ish tools.
