this is a closed contest, only people who signed up before can enter ( also, the rules said very clearly that entries shoild be pmed. )

@crystalfreeze its ok lol, the thing is the rules werent to clear about who can submit xD
@sunriseland do you think you could add too the rules that its a closed contest? idk about other ppl but it takes me a long time to design, if someone submits w/o knowing it would be a waste of their time. ( in most of teh other round posts, not jsut this time, atleast one person has posted a design )

That would likely be for the best as I also get PMed with submissions from those not in the contest. Thank you for the suggestion, I will add this immediately.
