You can enter if...
- If you have a birthday in July.
- If you signed up for Sylestia in July.
- If you are hitting a milestone in July. This can include every 100 day milestone. Ex: If you've been playing for 200 days and you reach this milestone in July you can enter. Milestones can be reached at any day in July.
