Cassidy fairly jumped out of her skin as someone spoke to her. "Ah! Oh, uh...Okay." She turned around to face Justin. "Um...I just happen to be shirking lessons right now...not that you needed to know. Or...you know what, never mind." Marcus laughed, and elbowed her.

"She's called Rebel for a reason...At least I call her that. Hey, you're Justin, right? So, how are you liking battle school?" Marcus grinned at the Cassidy and Justin.

He quietly watched the other Rangers train their apprentices. He didnt have an apprentice, unlike others. Though this was mostly by choice. He wouldnt take on an apprentice unless he was sure they could be great.
He regretted that occasionally. He would see the close connections other rangers had with their apprentices, almost like siblings, something he had missed out on before.

He knew Solita would be around soon and didnt want her caught up in that. He had always been easier on her than anyone else even though she was his best.

Ashes drew her bow back, and took a deep breath. As she released the arrow, it flew towards her target. And then a sharp wind blew it off course. "Oh no!" Ashes scrambled after it, Elias looking after her with an amused expression.
"Oh, I am so sorry." She said as she found her arrow quivering next to Luna(did I spell that right?) stuck in a tree trunk.
(Reminder, most people think Ashes is a he...Just in case you were about to say your character figured it out right away. )
