I would be willing to drop the price to 20k but that would probably be my lowest since it's tagged and Regen. As for festival items I would take Avi items I don't have or currency/building items/etc from the current fest, but there isn't one going right now.

I might take project offspring depending on what they are, I'm sorta picky tho. I would also be willing to maybe take half gold half items/pet as well, or some sort of mixture.
