The ghoul howled in pain and tried to get rid of the spear in its mouth. It stumbled back off of Mkuki and clawed at the spear. Splinters ripped out of the spear and got stuck in between the ghouls teeth.

*Fawn turned and shoved her shortsword into the attacker as she fell to the ground. She got back up and stabbed the creature again.*

A fair sized flow of blood came from the warrior's chest. He stood once again, determined to fight till his last breath was taken. His vision was blurry from loss of blood, but he would not be stopped, for he was a force to be reckoned with.

Ujasiri mumbled a prayer as she put an arm around her wounded brother. She held an arrow in her hand to use as a knife.

*Fawn killed the creature and looked at the fellow fighters around her. She locked her gaze on the fallen fighter.*

Ara ran to the aid of Ujasiri to help her and her brother. She let arrows fly in every direction at the monsters trying to protect the two.

The ghouls protecting the wraith caught the arrows that Ara had fired and snapped them so she could not use them again. The ghoul with the spear in its mouth had finally managed to break the spear and was curled into a ball on the ground, trying to pull the splinters from its teeth. An arrow hit it in the eye. It howled in pain and stumbled into the carriage, then fell to the ground, dead.

Ujasiri thanked Arabella, placing her brother tenderly against a log. She pulled her bow from her back and shot arrows in a defensive attack. "We need to round everyone up and move out! we will be consumed if we stay any longer." she shouted, hoping that all could hear her through the cries of battle and pain.

Mkuki winced as he was laid against a log. Excruciating pain took hold of his chest, as if a venom had been emitted from the treacherous beast's claws.

I ran out from underneath the tree towards the injured warrior and his sister. "I can help I'm a healer. If you would allow me to of course." I said as I approached reaching my hand out to touch the brother.

Ujasiri allowed the healer to help, giving him a suspicious glare before he did. "Chose your moves wisely, I am armed. If he comes out worse, Ill make sure you regret it."

Mkuki swatted his sister. "funga dada!" he told her, and she immediatly back off.

I hovered my hands above the claw mark my hands started to glow as I concentrated on cleaning out the wound with minimal pain. "This will hurt but not as much as if I did it without my magic. So, what's your name? Mine's Aidan." I questioned wanting to distract him from what pain he already had.
