Just wanted to tell you I loved that story, it's in my 100 Classic Fairy Tales childhood book and my heart is just so asdfghjkl when I hear the title again :3

Alright, while I was at school, I thought of a few things. I'm actually in the middle of creating a map as we speak!
1 - We could have different regions/cities/kingdoms for some of the princes/princesses and creatures. So that way no one lives in the same exact place.
2 - As I stated before, I am making a map of said kingdoms. I'm not going to be able to make all of them, as I am planning on making quite a lot of them, so I do need some people to make some for me. I'd really appreciate your guys' help!
Onto the topic of the rules for when we do make the RP. Since we'll be incorporating Grimms' Fairytales into this, the RP will take on a darker tone. I was thinking of making the RP 14+ because of that. However, I feel like I am keeping other good RPers from joining, so I'm still thinking about it.
I feel like there shouldn't be a distinct restriction to how many characters someone can make, though if it gets to the point where someone loses track of their characters, we'll have to put in a restriction.
I've been thinking about the forms, and here's what I came up with:
Name:
Age: (There really is no restriction to what age your characters can be. Most of the time, people choose between 14-20.)
Gender: (Been thinking about this one for a bit. Any gender is fine.)
Appearance: (Preferably a picture, but a description is nice.)
Parent(s):
Sexuality: (Might remove this one when it comes time to make the actual RP, but for now I'll keep it on there.)
Personality:
Destiny: (As in what they want to be, or if they want to follow in their parents' footsteps.)
Other:
If you guys want me to make any changes to the form, let me know!

Looks good! Also what help would you need with the map? I suggest having a mainland with everything, and then the Mermaid Bay off to the side and Neverland's island there as well. And then the others would probably live on the mainland in separate kingdoms.
Also that 14+ thing would basically include everyone anyway- the minimum age for the website is age 13.

I was thinking of doing something like that. I was thinking that different people could do different parts of the map. For example, I could do the mainland, and two other people could work on Mermaid Bay and Neverland. I've already started sketching out the mainland map.
And yeah, I'll probably leave the age thing alone, since everyone here is above the age of 13.
