Demmi couldn't give up. She dragged herself to Shrare's side and sprayed the Monno. The first thing I learned from my father was; "Kiralin never give up. Even if we are defeated.". She cried out as her acid ate her leg. Demmi let her suffer so she could tend to Shrare. She whimpered curling herself around her wounded friend. She has to protect her.

A minute later there was a short cry of agony and she was separated from Shrare. Demmi growled and tried to move towards her friend on another Kiralin's shoulder. But her body was to heavy. Too... Heavy... She thought letting darkness take over.

Shrare collapsed next to Demmi, as she listened as the other Monno towered over them. She spread her tail over her friend and tensed her muscles. Suddenly, she heard crashing and looked up.

A familiar blur of red-brown feathers was attacking the smaller Monno. Soon, it the Monno went limp.

"Arouak!" She said, reileif flooding her. The Alpha Male had been the first to arrive, and could easily take on both of the Monnos.

The alpha female; Mirra carried Demmi, sense she was lighter. Demmi let tears fall. Both she and Shrare almost died today. There was a larger chance that Demmi would die though. The claw marks are close to her vital arteries. She heard Mirra complain how she got Demmi and the Monno's blood all over her. Her mate hushed her abruptly.
*Time skip*
The healer inspected both of them as they layed in his den. "Odd... Both seem fine...", He said ro the alphas. "But the Patroller is the one whom has the most ingeries. She reseived them because she listened to her training. I say these two need to stay with their pods at all times. Just incase.".

Shrare stared around at the healer's den, one of the only located inside the large trees at camp. The hollow but still strong tree smelled heavily of sap, and herbs lined the bottom of the wall. Struggling, she eventually hauled herself up and looked over at Demmi. She let out a long, slow sigh. "I got her into this mess. I should at least stay to help her out." Knowing Fardin he probably wouldn't let her out of the den, and probably her bed.

Demmi's throat felt like sand paper. She weezed as her eyes fluttered open. The weezing caused Demmi to cough. She needed some water. Her body hurt to much to move. She gasped for air after every fit. Dried blood dusted the soft leaves infront of her.

"Demmi!"

Shrare frantically stumbled towards her, and then immediately collapsed next to her.

"Areyouokayareyouhurtdoyouneedmetogetyouanythingareyoualrightareyoubreathingproperlyisthereanythingicandotohelpyou?"

Shrare stumbled over her words in her worrisome state.

"I-I just need water.", She said through coughing. Her eyes softened at the worried Kiralin. Her ears burned, making her look away from the blue female. "Please.", She said, blushing a bit harder.
