Ok, current exchange rate is about 1 diamond = 2,400 gold. So that would make each philter about 85 diamonds. 85 x 5 = 425 diamonds, as long as that sounds fair to you.
To sell items for diamonds, first you set up an exchange (Trade> currency exchange) selling 1 gold for 425 diamonds. Ill buy that with diamonds and youll send the philters over to me ^_^
