She browsed the table Picking up a sweet pastry Stuffing it in her mouth and eating quickly before leaping to her feet to mingle. As she walked among all the tables talking to old friends from other houses as well as her own, she noticed some of the first years who seemed a little tense and others who were meshing nicely and making friends quickly. However, she did not stray too far from the table most of her friends last year were seventh years so this year it was almost like starting over.
(Interacting with Tess and Epsilon)
Just then a familiar furry friend appeared in front of a pair of first years rubbing against the boys legs before hopping up into the girls lap. " Oi! Yuki its rude to interrupt..." she said walking over as the cat retorted with a deep and almost mocking Meow. " Sorry about that" Avery said walking over the tom walking over begging her to pick him up.
Koda Blackrose
Koda leaned peacefully against the wall was he watched the students mix and mingle his eyes trained on one student in particular, a troublemaker. But something was different today, her normal accomplices were all starting their lives out of Hogwarts and she was left behind on her own. He let out a sigh as he saw her blankly stare around nudging Yuki's tail with his foot " Go find some first years for her.." he said blandly before turning his attention to the teachers again, in some ways he was similar to his sister, they both seemed to be left out as of now, but he didn't mind he was use to being alone.

Epsilon looked down at the cat in surprise "Oh hello." "It's quite alright" he grinned at the third year "I'm Epsilon you are?"

Asteria noticed a boy sitting near her at the Slytherin table who looked angry and annoyed. She got up from her seat and sat down next to him " You okay you seem to be angry?"she asked

"Huh?" He chuckled slightly as she asked if he was okay. "Yes, I'm fine. Just a bad morning, I suppose." I haven't seen her before. "Welcome to Slytherin- I assume you're a first year. I'm Adrian." He held his hand out for her to shake.

She blushed a little when he chuckled "Ya I'm a first year ,My name is Asteria but most of my friends call me Ria,well if I had friends." She realised that Adrian held out his hand for her to shake quickly she shook his hand as her face turning red with embarrassment .

"You'll make friends here, I promise." He shrugged, sitting down. "If not in Slytherin, you'll meet others in another house that you'll get along with. And I think we'll be friends too," he added with a wink.

" You Saying You Want To Be My friend?" Her eyes lit up with excitement and happyness,before yawning loudly "Sorry I'm just really tired ." She said yawning again.
