Twistedpaw didn't reply, as his jaw hung open. He seemed surprised by the amount of cats, and the chatter rising from them. Excitement replaced his fear, most of it anyway. Then, he began following the rest of Shadowclan, as they walked forward to join the other cats.

Ravenfrost led him through the crowd, pointing out the different cats. "Tunnelstar over there is the leader of Windclan, and Swiftstar, talking with him, is the Thunderclan leader. And Icestar leads Riverclan." He nodded to each, then pointed out what the clan's medicine cats looked like.

Twistedpaw smiled, and thought internally, I see multiple cats here with odd bits. Like that one over there. His paw is twisted, kinda like my tail. Twistedpaw then looked around curiously, looking for the other apprentices. "Darkstar is still the coolest." Twistedpaw commented loyally

Rainclaw entered the clearing.She looked around and saw Ravenheart with a small cat who had to be his apprentice.She approached "Hello Ravenheart.Who's your new apprentice?"She asked

"I agree," Ravenfrost chuckled. He turned quickly as he heard the purr of a she-cat's voice. The smell of fish hit him and he nodded respectfully to her. "Ah, hello Rainpaw! Or are you a warrior now? Anyway, this is Twistedpaw. He's my best yet."

Twistedpaw jumped slightly as the other cat approached. He quickly straightened his crooked tail, and got a little closer to Ravenfrost.

"I've been a warrior for nearly two moons,I just haven't been to a gathering since my ceremony.I'm Rainclaw now." Rainclaw boasted and fluffed up her fur.She turned to Twistedpaw."It's nice to meet you Twistedpaw "

Ravenfrost touched his tail tip to the apprentice's back to calm him as Rainclaw spoke to him. "Congratulations Rainclaw."

Twistedpaw looked at Ravenfrost for confirmation, then replied "Nice to meet you too. This is my first gathering." Twistedpaw's voice got quieter.
