Okay awesome!
I will send you a rough sketch when I draw it up!
I should hopefully get this done within this week or maybe the next.
Though I have a busy schedule for the next week so the deadline might be delayed a bit.
Cheers,

No worries about the timeframe, I'm more concerned with getting a nice piece for her than I am getting it super quick. Are able to add the dog's name on the portrait?

One last thing, my friend would prefer the first picture as the one to be replicated. :)

Okay. I will get it to you whenever I finish it then^^
And yes, I like the first picture best too.
Also yes, I can put the dog's name on the picture. Do you want me to type it or write it? If type, what kind of font would you like?

Okay, I got a rough sketch slapped together^^
My rough sketches are very basic. They pretty much are just for placement, that I like the composition, the positive and negative, etc.
Here:
Purple is positive space, orange is negative.
So it's pretty big right now, I wrote it's dimensions at the bottom corner. That's in pixels, so it's 2304 by 2899 pixels right now. I can shrink it down a bit if that's too big^^
Also, I cropped it a bit, is that alright? I can do the full picture if no.
I had a question as well. In the photo, there's a hand and a knee. Did you want those in the picture or did you want me to exclude them?
Cheers,

I think that looks gorgeous so far, and I'm becoming very excited to be able to present this to her. As to the name, I was thinking something feminine and elegant, it's meant to be a remeberance portrait so nothing flashy I think, just something pretty. The size I think is perfect, as I'm sure she'll want to get it printed. The cropping looks fine to me and as to the hand and knee I think leaving them out would be fine if that doesn't make things difficult for you. :)

I can draw her! It will be for free, since I need to practice my animals anyway :) (Also b/c she is so cute and I want to huggle her :3) I will do it digitally, but I can also do traditional, if desired :D
Edit: eek bad spelling xP

I am very happy to let anyone do a portrait for free if they choose as practice :) I will send anything done along to my friend, if nothing else as a show of a global outreach of compassion which I think is quite spectacular. So you may do digital or traditional as you choose :)
