Hey! I'm helping out Happymess by leveling pheonix for her. She's currently at level 39, but I need a few specifics.
Can I assign proficiency points to her? They will be intelligence and dexterity (unless you deem otherwise), because those are the best for fire sylestis.

*Side note - I don't really need gold, so I'll sell pheonix back to Happymess and she'll sell her to you for 500g (which is the tip).

I can. What pet to what level? Also, what should I attune it to if its not attuned? Am I allowed to assign it proficiency points?
