Okay, I have a problem with both. Sapphire should only be able to move water if he is touching it, and hybrids shouldn't have special powers. I'd recommend frostbreath if cold enough, and maybe being a good swimmer or something.

I finished both of them ("creative" backstories intensifies).
Nightforger demands cookies and love.
Seaglass just wants to eat rocks. He demands rocks and a tail.

I'm going to point out that Seaglass is in the Rainwing slot, so Zaffre boy can take the Seawing slot.
