Yea. The top browsers are Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer for Windows devices and Safari and Opera for Macs.

Chrome is the suggested browser to use for Sylestia as it is Sylestia is tuned best for Chrome. However, for the most part, there shouldn't be issues with the other browsers. However, throw into the mix all sorts of different devices, interfaces, and browser versions - that isn't always the case.

Chrome is free to download and takes only a minute or two to set up if you're willing to try:

Other than that, I don't really have any other ideas at this time. I have never heard of such an issue before so I don't really know where to even begin looking. You could also try and make sure that your Internet Explorer is up to date - are you actually using Explorer or Microsoft Edge?

Now that I think about it, its probably Microsoft Edge. My old computer used to have Explorer and thats what I used to use. Ill try to use Chrome, as thats my preferred browser anyway, but since my computer set itself a parents control thing, I cant always ask my parents so I can use it.
