Wolf got up, panic in his eyes. He ran off, into the school with a yelp, "Sorry! Sorry!" He didn't even ask if the Seawing was okay, just turned and ran off.

She tilted her head curiously. Was he embarrassed or something?

The Mudwing raised and eyebrow as the Skywing hybrid arrived. "Was that an apology, or....?" She turned to the Skywing. "Yes, we're fine. That dragon boy just ran into Bubbles. I'm Ardea by the way!"

The Skywing smiled shyly. "I'm Carmine. I'm in the Lapis Winglet..."

"Me too! And Bubbles, right?"

Wolf looked around curiously as he entered the school. "Where is... the what winglet?" Wolf had forgotten his winglet. Of course. Not like his mom had already foresaw that. Wolf huffed, then walked around school curiously. He'd remember his winglet eventually. He'd just... be lost... for... a bit... yeah.

Arid had just received his winglet assignment- the Lapis winglet. It wasn't the worst thing that had ever happened to him, but he'd much rather be at home. He had his tail curled up carefully, not wanting to accidentally stab any dragon, especially without the cure anywhere nearby. "Lapis winglet" He murmured to himself, looking around for where his winglet might be

"Well, I'm gonna go find that dragon and ask him why he ran- OW!" She had turned and hit her head against another dragon. Looking up, she saw that it was a tall, slightly intimidating Sandwing. "Oh, I'm very sorry!"

Wolf's color changing scales turned grey with fear. "Come on Wolf! Think, think, what winglet is it?!" The uhh... "Ruby? Obsidian? Diamond? No... Lapis? Yes! Yes, lapis! That's it!" He nodded happily.
