Background: she was walking around the streets and she was going into an bathroom at a restraunt, her eyes started hurting so she washed her eyes and looked up at the mirror and her eyes glow a bright whitish blue she gets scared so she accidentally breaks the glass with a gust of wind her eyes return to green and she hurries and walks out of the restraunt confused of what she has become(she doesn't really know how she got it it just came I guess...)

She lived with her grandparents since she was 7. She has no clue what happened to her parents, they just left one day. When she discovered her powers, at first didnt want to use them, but changed her mind when she saw people being harmed by bad peoples. (Aint I great at backstories?)

Background:Her father was a scientist experimenting with some technology,he did an experiment where he took some alien technology and put in in her to save her from dying.It cause an explosion in his lab killing him. She lived and found out that she could teleport from the radioactivity and was able to "Hack" or communicate with technology,alien or human it also turned her hair bright blue.She is currently living in a abandoned apartment complex.
