I stood on top of the train car, 6 inch hunting knife in hand, slashing it at a host who was up here for some reason. It lunged drunkenly, and a ducked it's frantic biting attempt, longing the knife in the soft part under the chin, yanking it out as it screamed. I kicked it with my combat boots, and it fell. I noticed a skylight on the car I was on, and shuddered, remembering my car. Someone opened the door, swarms filling it. Luckily I escaped. My family didn't. I kicked the skylight with my heavy boot and pried a seperated piece off. I poked my head in, and tumbled inside. It was well secured, and I grinned. Of course, I was amazing. Then I saw the shocked passengers. Specifically, a girl who seemed a bit older than me, and a small child, holding a worn out stuffed animal. I plopped down, and spoke, "Sup."

Kay Colburn

Kay sat down cross-legged from the little girl and scooted back a little bit. She held out her hand further, holding her palm flatter so the child could see the snack better.

"It's okay," Kay cooed, "I don't want to hurt you. Do you like goldfish? I like your rabbit."

Kay smiled sweetly at the little girl and prayed that she would take the goldfish. Kay was used to seeing little kids, but not all on their own. They were usually with their parents. Kay shuddered as she remembered the small boy host wandering on the tracks. It was the first day the virus struck. Kay could still see the little boy's dead and distant eyes. She shook off the memory and gestured to the goldfish in her hand.

"It's really okay," she said again.

Kay looked over in surprise as she saw a girl, younger than her fall in from the skylight. She didn't say anything, just smiled sheepishly at her and turned back to the small child in front of her.

Maibritt slowly took one goldfish, almost like a feral animal being confronted

Chase watched as the two teen girls approached the little girl in the corner. Thinking they were picking her as a target to steal food from (which had happened to him), he got up abruptly and walked over to the group of three.

When he realized nothing was wrong, he sat down next to the redhead girl. She looked to be four or five years younger. Saying nothing, he offered a smile at the little girl.

Kay Colburn

Kay smiled at the little girl. "There you go," she said and offered her more.

She noticed the younger girl, maybe 15 or 14, who dropped in the skylight was still standing around. Kay decided to be nice and say hello to her, it was the least she could do. The world may be ending, or have already ended, but it that didn't mean Kay should be rude to others. She's seen some people do terrible things over the past few days.

"Hello," Kay said to the girl. Kay then realized that a boy, perhaps 2 to 3 years older than herself, had sat down next to the girl who tumbled in through the skylight. Maybe they knew each other? Either way, it wasn't really Kay's business.

She then turned back to the little girl. "Could you tell me your name? Or where your parents are?"

"Sup." I offered my hand to shake. I was somewhat aware that my hair was static and my hands were dirty. "Im Aislinn."

Maibritt was very scared, with people crowding her. Was she a target? A host? Not a host, please not a host...

"Out there.." Maibritt said quietly, motioning to the herds of hosts.

Ie looked at the boy I introduced herself to. He seemed a few years older, and I felt somewhat uncomfortable. Nobody wanted to be a friend with a psycho. He looked a bit like my brother, which really made me hate him, for no reason.
