London picked up a bow, testing the string. "Nice." She turned to the short girl from earlier. "How do I find out who my dad was... specifically, I mean?"

(they have to claim their child, in case you didn't know)

"I-I think that they need to claim them..? Although I don't know that means.." Greta said while Squeak let out a coarse "hawwww"

(Don't worry, I know, I've read at least three of the books)

Willow cautiously looked through the camp. She saw several trails going into the woods, but chose to walk straight through the plants instead, climbing up into a tree, curling up on a large cluster of branches

"Huh." She drew the arrow and shot, barely missing the bulls-eye. "Will this place keep me safe from... those things? And who's your, ahem, 'godly parent'?"

(a glowing symbol appears above their head, Hestia would have a flame, Athena an owl, Hephaestus a glowing hammer, Demeter a plant, Apollo a sun, so on.)

(Talking to Thisby, Tiger ^.^ I know you read the books)

"W-what things..?" Greta said with a very concerned look. "A-and Hestia.."
(If they aren't supposed to know, just say she didn't say that last bit)

"Ya know... the Greek monsters...," She didn't mean to scare the little girl, her mother had said she was attacked because of her father's blood.

She had been attacked only once in her memory, London had been ten when she was assaulted by what she had thought was a bird. It was actually a harpy, a turkey-like creature with a woman's head.

(They get attacked by Greek monsters and creatures)

"...Oh dear.." She said, while Squeak tugged on London's pants.
(He's like 34 inches)

She reached down, crouching as she stroked the little donkey. "He's so cute! I wish my dad gave me a pet like yours...." Just as she got up, a golden light cast over her head, and she looked up, expecting to see a monster of sorts.

Instead, she saw a glowing symbol over her head. It was beautiful, a golden sun shining with white and yellow light.

"Woah... what is it?" She saw other campers stop to watch her glowing head.

"I-it's a sun...?" Greta said, clearly confused, as she pulled Squeak closer to her in case it was some kind of attack warning

Ash smiled as she saw the new campers surprised expression. she had felt the same way when she was claimed. Fiddleing with her camp necklace she mentally counted the beads, one, two, three, four, five, six. six years since that blissful moment. she had been welcomed to Hermes cabin with open arms... and pranks. she had learnt all the tricks in the book so to speak. Ash chuckled before approaching the newbie.
