Reason They Got Powers: Oliver used to work as a fashion designer. On the night of the incident, he was creating a design using camouflage colouring.
Group(President Quest, Wandering Groups, Etc): Wandering alone.
Pets(If any): None - used to have a dog, but was unable to feed him and so ended up killing it.
Anything Else: Oliver is very sceptical of others, and often refuses to open up about his life before the incident and any negative things that happened to him during his time in the wasteland.
