Please consider raising your offer. You're asking for a service that can take, and with your specifications, WILL take hours and offer to pay not even a cent in return.
Something like that is worth a dead minimum of ~$40, and even that is lowballing it.

This thread was made when my highest amount of gold was 10,000g and didn't want to waste it. I now am at 60,000 and am trying to preserve it as long as possible. I understand that it is a very low price, but I would prefer to keep it at that or 2,000.

If you cannot afford to pay a proper amount of money for a luxury such as art, you should not ask for it.
2000 gold for a fully fledged picture is not nearly enough. 2000 gold is made in 2 minutes.
You offer two minutes in currency for hours of effort.
$40 would be several millions in gold. But even several hundred thousand would be a more respectful offer.
