"You sure?" Symon asked looking about with the camera. "I really thought it was farther down the trail." He took a few steps forward as he searched for signs of the campers. "Right you take the left, I'll search the right."

"Okay!" Alex walked to the left, turning her head constantly, looking for any signs of the missing campers.

The search seemed to go one for hours as he looked about the clearing. Stopping suddenly he called out to Alex. "Honey can you come here for s second?" His voice was low and shaking as he called. Before him in a pool of blood was what looked to be an ear, equipped with a rather flashy earring. The sight was sickening, revolting though he stared at it still. What the heck was going on here?

Alex stopped searching as she heard a voice wafting through the wind, she rushed to her partners side "What is i..." Her voice was cut short at the sight before her and her hand shot to her mouth. Clutching it in horror she whispered, "Oh... My God... I.. Is that an." Quivering, she stepped backwards, "Why is that there?"

"I-I don't know." He said taking the camera out to record it. "I mean it might belong to one of the tourists right?" What could have down this?! It was a clean cut, like it was made by a knife instead of having been ripped off. But who could have done this?

"We... We should probably continue and not get creeped out. I don't want to back out of this." Her vision wavered to Symon as she took in a deep breath and said "Let's try and see if they left a trail... Or something."

"If you mean a blood trail, then we got one." He said pointing to the ground. "Just stay close alright? I would rather not end up missing any parts when we get back home."

Alex nodded vigorously and moved closer to him, her mouth felt dry as they followed the red trail on the floor. "This is kind of scary." She whispered, her eyes darting left and right, wary of anything.

"But it will be good for views, and you want to get a good pay check don't you?" Symon answered stopping before pushing through some dense underbrush. "The sooner w-" He was cut off as he slipped on some wet leaves. Least he thought he had slipped. It had all happened so fast...he had been walking then his foot was yanked out from under him and he was hoisted in the air by an unseen force. Hanging up side down now he looked down at the ground and Alex still in a state of shock.

Alex's eyes were wide and she gasped in shock before gushing "Oh no! Are you okay? One second I'll get you down." She scrambled up the tree that he was attached to and untied the rope. "I wonder why there was a trap here!"
