Currently I'm leaning more toward LDDarcWolf's offer (I haven't updated the first post) of a three vis tagged patriotic nephini, plus a two vis tagged patriotic nephini, plus four 6 vis SN neph offspring, plus two 6 vis spring glow neph offspring.
I would like to think about it a bit longer though.
