Umm..yeah. I just go to the "Party" tab first to load presets. Ok..I think I got it.
Thanks for the help, it is not really very apparent how to use the presets but now I don't have to keep disbanding pets to swap out for others.

This will be helpful as I want to develop some strong pets...I plan on one being a disciple anyways.

How to you unlock the first two extra slots. I still only have one and am stuck at the mushroom groves on cirith and his two bandits.

Currently you can only expand your party twice to open up a second and third party slot.
The second slot you can open at Esior's Haven, by going to the plaza and scrolling down to the Plaza Trainer, William the Hunter. I don't remember the exact amount for this slot, but it's fairly inexpensive.
Eventually you'll be able to open a third party slot when you reach the second zone, which will cost 25k. (So save up your gold instead of buying a bunch of traps!! :) Have too many pets too early and you can overwhelm yourself with feeding costs and lack of stable space, all of which become easier if you prioritize working through the content to get to higher levels where gold comes pretty easy.)

Feel free to poke me if you're having trouble with the fights~ the site doesn't make the battle mechanics super clear and there's a good way to set up stats that make fights easier as compared to setting them in every point tree to spread them out.

Go to explore > party, there you can manage your party pets.

Press the red minus sign to remove pets from your party. Choose from the drop down list which pets you want to add into the party, I think there's a plus sign to click.

You can also save and name the party presets. So next time you can change all three pets easily by choosing the preset you want.

To find pets for sale, you can go browse through the pet auction forum. Or use the advanced search (top left corner). There you can choose the species, gender, traits, price range etc.
