Sorry for how long it took to get to this~ I was sitting there going, "There's no real easy way to choose which looks more like it because some color 1's are closer and some color 2's are closer, so in the end I decided the best way to do it was to calculate the colors based on the RGB difference with the colors.
Pretty much, the lion with the least color variance will be declared the closest to Steven's Lion~ fewer points = fewer variations in the color palette.

Zenaku's lion, PetID#2622644, had the closest color 1 with an 84 point variation and was the closest colored Lighira to Steven's Lion with a point difference of 298 altogether.
Pet ID#2578506, Vulpie's lion had the closest color 2 with a point variation of 94.
