I think that Sylestia killed my punctuation.

Thank you for the help.

if you'd like to read the 1000-1500 word version that would be awesome!

No problem! I love helping people out! And I know what you mean about punctuation, I have the biggest most atrocious spelling mistakes ever! ^-^

I wouldn't mind reading the longer version, bring it on! Let the editing begin... *puts on glasses and tries to look professional*

Oops I just realised I missed a spelling mistake in your story. In the first first speaking line (Skyla), it should say "there has to be something...etc" , you missed the 't'.

And another I missed, hehe.
"Charcole! Stop you know us, its me Sky," Skyla tried, silent wings carrying her dangerously close to jet dragons head."

Use an apostrophe to indicate possession "dragon's head".

No problem! I'm probably going to go to sleep right now, I leave the game running on my phone so it almost always shows me as "Online". Just letting you know for future reference in case you ever ping me and I don't reply despite the fact it says I'm online! :P

Hello!

No, not paranoid. You can never be too cautious.

Ok. Edit:

I think this first sentence should be joined somehow either with a comma

Claws clashed and teeth gnashed, the sun as fierce as the warriors beneath it.

Or even

Claws clashed and teeth gnashed underneath a sun as fierce as the warriors beneath it.

It could be worded a little better here. But this alteration is just me thinking out loud.

This was what his noble race had become: twisted (insert whatever word you want) creatures that fought to the death for the whims of man.

Me thinking out loud again

They were a strange bunch, brought together by a chain of events. The battle of Heathcliff: where dragon became one with man and blood was spilt across the holy land. It led them here.

Apostrophe here

"No. That won't work," said Firebrand.

More Apostrophe

"Time's up!" Came Vantixs voice as a great black dragon thundered towards them.

More out loud thinking.

"Charcole! Stop! you know us. It's me, Sky." Skyla tried, her silent wings carried her dangerously close to the dragons' head.

missed a letter here

"You have a plan though, don't you? You always have a plan."

minor changes in here

"Sky! Get out of there!" Firebrand said, shooting up and pushing her out of the way, seconds before the giants spiked head made contact. The red dragon wasn't so lucky. His body fell to the ground, body crumpled. Skyla's roar of rage could be heard a hundred kilometers away, lest for the battle below. She lunged at the giant. Cat like claws raked across his eyes and he cried out in pain. Taking advantage of this, Skyla shredded his wings. She hissed, darting here and there each time exacting her revenge bit by bit.

That's all I can think of for now.

A good story! It is well written; I'd read this :D

:O I loved this! Great concept and you have great words.
I saw a few errors like:
-"From on high one might think that" I don't really understand this sentence. I'm thinking did you mean to write 'up' and then just wrote 'on' by accident?
-"The largest if the three" Again, small error, but nonetheless important. 'If' should be 'of'
-"Skyla said, eyes locked on the carnage below, "here has to be a way" It should be 'there' not 'here'
-"You have a plan tough dont you?" "though" instead of "tough"
-"Charcole! Stop you know us, its me Sky," I'm not sure if that's a way to spell Charcoal or if you did it purposely, but it might be wrong so I figured it write this :3
-" off the cliff. plummeted to the ground crashing into the" I think it should be He (or she depending on the gender of Charcole) plummeted to the ground.

And these are a few suggestions?: (I bolded the suggestions)
-The sun blazing as fiercely as the warriors battling beneath it.

I felt too bossy doing this whole thing D:
Sorry DX
