Wow, that's great! :D
Ball Pythons are such amazing animals! I really wish I could get one too, but I'm still living at home and my mother is deadly afraid of ...basically everything..

By the way, are you going to get a specific morph? c:

This sounds awesome! I've always wanted to get snakes...they're so awesome! I'd love to see any pictures of the completed habitat, if at all possible.

Thanks, I'm really excited.
They really are! I've waited a almost 3 years to get one. I would have had one as a kid, but my mom was very afraid of snakes so I knew I couldn't have one till I moved out. Fast forward to 2016 when I've been living with my fiance for quite a while(years), and now I can have one. :)
Is she afraid of dogs and cats too then? Did she not grow up with any animals? Cause that may explain some of the fear.

I'm not sure which one to be honest....there are only so many morphs in my current price range and many of my favorites are going to be out of my price range for at least the next 2 years. I'm hoping that I'll get to have a Caramel Albino, but I have clue what all the morphs are going to be at the reptile show in September. I just know I'll be traveling 3 hours away from home to go find my ball python because I want/need to know where she comes from.

Thanks. So long as my tablet will co-operate with me(it likes to be bratty) I'll be taking pics and sharing them.

Snakes are awesome to be sure, and I love them. Ball pythons are one of my favorites.

Yeah, caramel albinos are super pretty! :o
Personally, I really like Piebald and axanthic, and having a combination of both would be awesome...

But I think snakes like these are so rare that I'll never own one ;-; Guess I'll be settlig with a bumblebee c:

Also, kudos to you for getting your snake at a reptile show! There are just too many people who buy mistreated animals from shops like petsmart ;-;

They're not as rare as they had been, but they are very expensive. Breeders are still mapping out Ball Python genes.

Axanthic ball pythons cost at most $700 but prices are dropping because the gene is becoming more common. It's about the same for Piebald ball pythons too, each season(year) prices on particular morphs will change as it becomes easier to produce. Nearly three years ago when Axanthic was a new gene or still reasonably new they where very expensive...now only 3 seasons later you can get axanthics for as low as $150 for a male and $200 for a female. Piebalds are still a little bit more because they are a receive trait that may not always show up in a clutch where one or both parents carry or express the gene. But I believe that they will have a price drop in the next few seasons. All morphs eventually go down in price given enough time.
