I know it can be a bit hard, but I mostly only see unfamiliarity when it comes to grammar, not spelling. It can't hurt to take a moment to look up and see if you spelled something right.

Maybe she could hire a "translator" so every time she makes a post they can translate it

Nah, that's costly and tedious. I can stand some errors, but making one nearly every single word is just kind of annoying. We aren't perfect, eh? :P
