I don't have too many pets yet, so sorting by species and dupes works well for now. But I get what you mean, that would take a lot of time.

I deleted all of my old groups and moved all of my pets to unsorted so I could start picking out the dupes, and I've got well over 6500 pets total. I made it to about page 70 and so far there's almost 1100 dupes already sorted out. If I hadn't missed almost a year of adopting them, I'd definitely have a lot more. This is going to be a looooooong project. :P
