Sorry, but that's extremely low. He's not only a wheel pet, but he's also a 3-vis... These guys sell for diamonds, and several hundreds to thousands of them.

I'm sorry... I'll be blunt... I paid 3,000 diamonds for him. That's a value around 9 million gold. I'm looking for something around there... Give or take a few million.
Hi, I'd like to get Tsukuru, and I have the recolorable Deer Spiritcaller's Regalia and the recolorable Nordic Warrior's head and outfit. Swap all three to you for Tsukuru?

I'm sorry, but since those are drops and not diamond shop items, I can't imagine them being worth more than a few hundred k at the most. Heck, I can't even sell some of my legendary zone drops for even 100k.... They would make for good add-ons to a serious offer, but on their own, I don't consider the value equal.
Edit: Also, I just picked up both Nordic pieces for 90k total.
