@Ooshie,
Is the Tail unlocked?
Does it let you equip it, but when you Save it it just doesn't save?
Try to be as descriptive as possible.

Yes it is unlocked, when i click on the tail it doesn't appear. I've also tried using my other tail and Talon's Cloak and neither one shows up but its only shows "preview" locked items only.
