I wish I could help with the sprite work, but the last time I tried it ended badly. Actually, if it's just a simple sprite like Howlee or it's evo, I might be able to help. I mean, I need practice, but I could help sprite if you need it.

What you can do: I am actually so very, very bad at scratch spritework, and even my splicing capabilities are probably subpar, but I feel like this would be good practice if you would have me on. I can help with everything from design to statting and moveset-making, as I am quite familiar with the Pokemon metagame and would strive to keep new Pokemon balanced but competitive with the 720 that have already been made. The story should obviously be yours, but I wouldn't mind beta-ing it just to make sure that all the plot elements fit together cohesively, as well as spell and grammar checking if at all necessary. :P I'm terrible with backgrounds, though, so that should probably be left to other people. I would like to help you guys see this through so you can have something fun to do (other than Sylestia :3).
If you want to, which ruler would you be?: I'm not sure I'd be able to devote the time necessary to being one of the "rulers", and probably don't want to participate that strongly in the plot. My upcoming job will require me to work 8 8+ hour days in a row with some frequency, so I wouldn't want to hold anything up if I'm just not up to roleplaying or something.

What can you do: I have a fair bit of Pokemon knowledge, I also have a friend (who sadly isn't on sylestia, I'll have to convince him someday) and he knows a ridiculous amount of stuff about Pokemon, I swear you could ask him pretty much anything and he'd know the answer. I'm also good at drawing but I don't know how to put it in the forums.
If you want to, which ruler would you be: Shadowka since Pyronon is already taken. (Also if you ever add a dragon-type city I would die to be the leader of it)

(accepting new members, playing npcs, keeping rules in order, organizing things, general technical stuff, generally helping people and making the whole site run smoother.) I'd also be willing to help with any sort of plot stuff that's needed! I've got some experience with being staff, as I have been for two Pokemon forums before.
If you want to, which ruler would you be?: If you ever add a ghost-type kingdom, I'd be pretty happy with that. Unless that would fall under Shadowka?

By the way, is this roleplay set in modern times, future times or something like medieval? "Kingdoms" makes me think more dungeons and dragons like medieval fantasy, but I should totally ask before assuming, haha.
