It's hard to pick one because there are too many awesome character in anime...but if I'd to pick one, I'd pick Rokurouta from Rainbow Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin as the most awesome anime character ever.

Luga: Sorry, both wrong. Although... 999 is a great game, it's not the one I'm thinking of.
Also, question 16 has been removed (sorry!) since I'm a silly and didn't realize that Sylestia eats Japanese characters 8|;;; That is the correct translation for that sentence however, so I'll give you the point for it.
Uranium:
Kekkaishi is correct, however my favorite character is not Tokine. There's a character who REALLY hates bugs, and it isn't her haha.

Is it Sen Kagemiya?
18. Explain the word "Hetalia". What does it mean? Describe its origin.
"Hetalia" means Usless Italy as it is a combination of Japanese words with "he" meaning useless and "Italia" meaning Italy.
