It's hard to price with only one example. Do you have other examples? c:
Other thoughts:
Graphics: Banners
It might help to price based on complexity.
simple banner - $x amount
moderately complex banner - $y amount
Difficult request? - bribe
Graphics: Non-Sylestia Signatures & Backgrounds
I would base these on complexity as well.
Graphics: Bullet Points
If you are creating your own bulletpoints, you may just be able to sell the ability to use it as a bulletpoint.
Structuring threads
Structuring threads is difficult to price because this can get time consuming. Could always charge by the amount of time you spend on it along with an honor code system.
Also, I also wanted to mention,
- The background of sylestia posts is #F5FAFF. Which might be a bit better than the white for indenting. c:
- For things such as hearts, there are built-in text pictures for them. It might save you time using those. Found here.

Thank you for the suggestions on pricing. I've considered pricing based on complexity but it's hard to determine that.
I don't have any Sylestia examples but I have this Skyrim magazine I had to create and curate for a final typography project: Here.
Here is another typography project, a lookbook for a jeweller I love: Here.
And an infographic I did for my trip to America for my Information Design class: Here.
I'm thinking of maybe doing a FEW freebies to create some examples for myself and get a feel for the price that way.
I know the background isn't pure white, it's just a lot easier to type 6 F's (for the indents/underscores). I use .pngs with transparent backgrounds for this reason anyway, when dealing with images.
I know about the built-in text pictures, but I didn't like the hearts available and they don't always show on all computers. A simple .png fixes the problem.

Those are cool examples! :) But yeah, a bit difficult to help as far as pricing goes since very different from forum styling. I really would not do more than 1 freebie if I were you. Instead actually, you could format your selling thread as an example.
I'm just throwing a guess out of a hat here, but perhaps these prices to start,
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Banners o 30k per original banner
o +10k per new text on same background of banner.
Miscellaneous o 5k per original bulletpoint graphic or tiny feature.
Formatting Posts
(Note: Not including graphics costs)
o 30k base for formatting any thread with <4 sections/posts.
o +10k for every post after that.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
If one wanted 15 banners: Different text, same background => 30k + 14*10k = 170k
If one wanted 15 posts formatted, that would be => 15*10k = 150k
And all together would be 320k without any miscellaneous. But I mean this is 15 posts fully formatted, so.
Oh! If you are planning on using png's it might be worth checking out the png stash of fontawesome icons Yeah, I can understand, typing out colors is always a pain. I usually type once then copy and paste. (The white on light blue jars me a bit though. >.< )

Thank you for the pricing examples, definitely something I could try to set up.
I already have fontawesome installed, but thank you.. they are quite awesome/useful icons.
