Without preamble, the chef begins cooking the appetizer: spring rolls. Laid out neatly with sweet and savory dipping sauce, it is sure to please.







With a flourish, the chef prepares the entree: the chef chops fresh salmon sushi right before you, with soy sauce and wasabi as an optional side. This sushi is too delicious to allow garnishes to steal the spotlight.






A delicate hand is all the chef needs to make a delicious moo shu pork wrap. It's delivered steaming to your plate.





Finally, the dessert comes out: the chef presents it on a silver platter, lifting the lid with a flourish. It's... DANGO!



My most favorite thing ever, Dango is a type of sweets made of rice flour, with three to four dumplings on each skewer. They can be made with many different glazes but they are usually sweet. These ones are made to look pretty, being Hanami dango.



My apologies, I don't think I've done very well this time round... it might be that I'm tired? but I seem to have trouble getting the hues right. Odd, since I usually do so well. Ah, what does it matter? I had fun, and they're close enough, I suppose. :)

Also nobody is going to rail at you for holding out for more people.
